How do I sign up?
To join the bigasalloutdoors.com e-Club, visit our signup page and follow the "Join the e-Club" link.
Is the e-Club free?
Yes! The e-Club is totally free.
What e-mail will you send me?
We will send you information about upcoming shows and, if you attend one of our shows, a survey asking for your feedback on the show you've attended. We will not sell your name or e-mail address and will not spam you.
My e-mail address has changed. What do I need to do?
Use our contact form and let us know what your new address is.
How do I unsubscribe?
Follow the unsubscribe link on this page.

How does this work?
If the show you'd like to attend offers online admission purchases, simply log in to your e-Club account. You'll then be presented a page where you can purchase tickets for the show. Once you've finished shopping, you follow a checkout process which asks for your billing address and credit card information. Once your card has been verified, you'll receive a receipt via email as well as in your web browser. Simply print this receipt and present it to the ticket taker at the show.
If the show you'd like to attend offers an online discount coupon, log in to your e-Club account. You'll be presented with a discount coupon which you must print and bring to the box office at the show. Cash only at the box office, please.
Is purchasing admissions online safe?
Your transaction is secure. You can verify this by looking for a lock in your web browser's window - it's usually in the lower right corner. Your personal information is encrypted. On our site, the lock will appear when you begin to checkout.

Will I receive my tickets via e-mail?
No. You'll need to bring your printed receipt to the Online Ticket Sales desk at the show to receive your tickets.
Can I use a discount coupon with my online purchase?
e-Club discount admission purchases are not valid with any other offer or discount promotion.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. In the case of an error (such as an order duplication,) we will refund the duplicate order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. At the show, we only accept cash payments.
